LEADR, which stands for Leadership in Engineering Advancement, Diversity and Retention, is a program dedicated to recruiting, supporting, and graduating students in the College of Engineering. Many LEADR participants are the first in their families to attend college and are eager to build community in the challenging field of STEM. To promote student success in engineering, LEADR offers academic advising, professional development, mentoring, career services, and a variety of community-focused activities.
