The Relationship-Based Care Fund sustains and advances a culture of resiliency and relationship-based care among nurses and all staff across UC Davis Health. Activities supported by this fund include workshops and courses such as Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring, See Me as a Person, and Leading an Empowered Organization.
