Hummingbirds are not only beautiful, unique birds, they are also important pollinators!

The UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden’s Hummingbird GATEway Garden was created in partnership with the UC Davis Hummingbird Health and Conservation Program to exhibit the many species of plants that attract and create a good habitat for local varieties of hummingbirds, as well as educate visitors about the importance of the hummingbird population and the work being done at UC Davis to support them.

The UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden invites community gifts to sustain and enrich our Hummingbird GATEway Garden, a hummingbird habitat demonstration garden located in the west end of the Arboretum near the Arboretum Teaching Nursery and UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.
