John C. Bruhn Dairy Foods Scholarship

John C. Bruhn, a dairy food processing specialist emeritus in the Department of Food Science and Technology, was an accomplished researcher and educator whose work helped improve the quality and taste of milk, cheese, and other dairy products. This fund was established to further support students interested in dairy food science.
