The Fruit and Vegetable Faculty Fellowship Fund in the Department of Food Science and Technology was established to honor Cooperative Extension Specialist Dr. Diane Barrett for her many contributions to the fruit and vegetable industries of California. The fund will be used to help the Department of Food Science and Technology continue to serve the fruit and vegetable processors of California with scientifically valid information, research and education.
