Charles Shoemaker Memorial Fund

The Charles Shoemaker Memorial Fund honors Charles "Charlie" Shoemaker and his productive and impactful career at UC Davis that spanned over 35 years including 10 years as Department of Food Science and Technology Chair. This fund will honor his legacy and provide student support to deserving graduate students in Food Science and Technology. This fund is building toward endowment with a goal of reaching endowment level by April 2031. If it does not reach endowment level, the fund will be used to support the immediate needs of our graduate students.
