Isao Fujimoto Memorial Student Award in Community Development

The Center for Regional Change in the College for Agricultural and Environmental Sciences is proud to announce the creation of the Isao Fujimoto Memorial Student Award in Community Development Fund to support students to engaged in community-based research. The fund has been seeded with a generous donation from Dr. Fujimoto’s family, colleague Dr. Bill Lacey and former work study student and Mayor of Davis, Ann Evans. In the spirit of his work, the Center for Regional Change continues to center social equity issues in partnering with rural communities throughout California. With your support, we established an endowed award fund for students in Dr. Fujimoto’s honor.
