Behavioral Health Center of Excellence

One in five Americans experience mental illness every year. Mental health challenges are the number one cause of disability in the United States and touch almost every individual, family and community.

The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence is one of only two such centers in California launched with initial funding from the Mental Health Services Act. The Center is dedicated to bridging neuroscience research, mental health care and policy to improve lives.
