Show Your Aggie Pride - Support a Student in Need
The Student Emergency Relief Aid program, formerly known as We Are Aggie Pride, was conceived to keep students on track for academic success by providing emergency funding to students to cover food, rent, tuition and other essential costs not covered by other programs.
Established in 2011, the student-run organization, comprised of a board of student directors and staff advisors, has raised over $180,000 and helped more than 100 students facing financial emergencies stay in school. Awardees go through a strict financial aid screening process to determine whether or not they have other options available to them before they are given support from the Student Emergency Relief Aid Fund.
