In recognition their ongoing support for UC Davis, the African/African American Alumni Association (5A) is fundraising in order to create an endowment in honor of Darryl and Lois Goss.
Darryl and Lois are proud alumni and committed UC Davis volunteers and supporters. Recipients of the UC Davis Medal, the couple is dedicated to helping students.
The Darryl and Lois Goss Housing Insecurity Fund will provide short term financial assistance to student experiencing housing instability so they can continue pursing their education without interruption.
The UC Davis Aggie Compass Basic Needs Center will administer this fund as part of the wholistic basic needs support program.
Thank you for supporting our efforts to honor Darryl and Lois Goss and by helping us to reach our goal of creating an endowment in their name.
This fund is currently building toward endowment. Should the amount collected not reach the endowment minimum threshold ($50,000) by December 2030, the funds will be used as current use for the same purpose as outlined above.
