Child Maltreatment Program

The CAARE Diagnostic and Treatment Center is a nationally recognized leader in supporting, treating, and advocating for children and families who have endured various forms of trauma, including physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. The CAARE Center also trains pre-doctoral interns, post-doctoral fellows, and other early career professionals in evidence-based treatments that are proven to help children and families work through challenging times in their lives.

Your gift will help the CAARE Center continue this important work to ensure all children who are victims of abuse have access to evidence based care. Your gift will support the CAARE Center in a variety of ways, such as providing therapy services to families with no insurance, purchasing therapy materials for clients, making facility improvements to make it as welcoming and trauma informed, providing advanced training and education for community service providers.
