Glial Development and Disease Lecture Fund

The Glial Development and Disease Lecture Fund was established to honor and celebrate Dr. David Pleasure. Throughout his career, Dr. Pleasure’s research has shaped the field of glial biology, and he has mentored generations of scientists.

Our goal is to host an annual lecture that will update scientists on the latest developments in the field of glial biology, inspire young investigators and new lines of investigation, and encourage collaborations, with the ultimate goal of identifying therapies for glial diseases.
