Pipeline to Neurology Fund

The Pipeline to Neurology Program’s goal is to inspire medical students to pursue careers in neurology. Despite its fascinating and rewarding nature and many subspecialties, only 1-3% of graduating medical students enter this field, resulting in a nationwide shortage of neurologists. The national average wait time for patients to see a neurologist is 90 days, and potentially even longer in rural areas. To address this shortage, the Pipeline to Neurology Program offers medical students hands-on experiences, research opportunities, and financial support to inspire and encourage more students to specialize in neurology. Donations are vital for sustaining and expanding this initiative.
