Africa Global Outreach Fund

Dr. Lisa Evangelista, Associate Professor and Director of Speech Pathology at UC Davis Health, is currently leading the efforts to improve care for patients with head and neck cancers in sub-Saharan Africa. Through the Africa Global Outreach Fund, Dr. Evangelista and her colleagues are building training programs and providing clinical resources that empower local clinicians to deliver sustainable dysphagia care.
