Through mentorship, networking, and cultural programs, APASA contributes to professional growth and institutional inclusion. Employee Resource Groups at UC Davis bring together faculty and staff who are committed to mentorship, retention, and advancing a sense of belonging for colleagues across campus. ERGs build community, advocate for needs within their interest areas, and often volunteer their time to support campus events and programs. They create welcoming spaces where colleagues can connect, learn from one another, celebrate shared experiences, and lift each other up.
