The IDEA serves as an accelerator for UC Davis collaborations in the DEI space. We promote the long-term success of programs by amplifying their vision, assessing their impact, promoting their findings, and scaling up the most promising and effective practices. Our goal is to make lasting and systemic change by galvanizing our collective effort. Recently, the IDEA has supported programs to address anti-Blackness, empower youth voice and civic engagement, honor the heritage of Native Americans, welcome students with intellectual disabilities, and promote diversity in STEM fields.

UC Davis ranks as one of the leading institutions in diversity. With your help we can outgrow the expected to solve for inequity and facilitate opportunities for everyone in our community and beyond.

To advance diversity and equity in its outreach and admissions efforts, UC Davis partners a variety of organizations, with "The IDEA" in the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) serving as the hub for some of these campus and community partnerships.
