The Latinx Staff and Faculty Association (LSFA) at UC Davis promotes professional development, cultural engagement, and advocacy among UC Davis faculty and staff who support Latinx communities. The group collaborates with campus partners to elevate inclusive practices and community leadership. LSFA is open to all employees interested in supporting advocacy, mentorship and professional development.

Employee Resource Groups at UC Davis bring together faculty and staff who are committed to mentorship, retention, and advancing a sense of belonging for colleagues across campus. ERGs build community, advocate for needs within their interest areas, and often volunteer their time to support campus events and programs. They create welcoming spaces where colleagues can connect, learn from one another, celebrate shared experiences, and lift each other up.

Gifts to ERGs help fund community-building activities, programs that support engagement and professional growth, visibility efforts such as tabling and outreach, and initiatives that strengthen cross-departmental connection and retention. Your support directly enhances opportunities for faculty and staff to thrive and helps cultivate an inclusive, connected, and collaborative university community.
