Walter J. Stone Fellowship

This Fellowship is being created in honor of Professor Emeritus Walt Stone, whose exemplary work in the field of Political Science has motivated countless students and colleagues at University of California, Davis, University of Colorado Boulder, and Grinnell College.

The fund will provide graduate student support for eligible candidates to be selected for a summer fellowship while enrolled in the Political Science program. If the fund does not reach the minimum of $100k within 5 years to establish a fellowship, the fund will be converted to the “Walt Stone Political Science Endowment” and will provide programmatic support for the Department of Political Science.
