As associate director of hospital and clinics as well as the director of nursing at UC Davis Medical Center, Caroline Dare helped redefine the role of nursing during the hospital’s transition from Sacramento County Hospital to UC Davis Medical Center. The Caroline Dare Scholarship Fund supports the next generation of nurse leaders at the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing.
