California Aggie Newspaper Digitization Fund

Started in 1915 as the Weekly Agricola, The California Aggie student-run newspaper has been a constant part of campus life for over 100 years. Over the years hundreds of students from a wide variety of backgrounds worked to regularly publish the newspaper, providing a first-hand account of life and events at UC Davis. Gifts to the Cal Aggie Newspaper Digitization Fund help the UC Davis Library digitize all issues of the Aggie, starting with the first issue of the Agricola in 1915 through present day. Once digitized, the issues will be shared through a web interface providing yourself and fellow readers access to browse issues online or search the full text by keyword.

Join us in enabling students, researchers, alumni and friends of the University to take a look back at the rich history of UC Davis as reported by its students.
