The Disaster and Emergency Response Veterinary Action Fund provides unrestricted programmatic support to the UC Davis One Health Institute (OHI) within the School of Veterinary Medicine to offset the costs of animal disaster and emergency preparedness, assistance, and response. Funds will aid all animal species impacted by natural and anthropogenic disasters in receiving veterinary medical treatment, and defray associated costs which may include but not be limited to equipment, instruments, transportation needs, and salary and benefits support.
