Leadership in Engineering Advancement Diversity and Retention Center

LEADR stands for Leadership in Engineering Advancement, Diversity and Retention and its mission is to recruit, retain, and graduate a diverse population of College of Engineering students. Many LEADR students are the first in their family to attend college and/or come from low-socioeconomic backgrounds. To support their success in engineering, LEADR provides academic advising, professional development, mentoring, career services, and a host of community building activities.
