We are the Aggie Space Initiative (ASI), a student-run chapter of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) at UC Davis. Our mission is to give students from all backgrounds the chance to take on exciting space engineering and design challenges, many of which are hosted by NASA. Through hands-on projects and teamwork, our objective is to turn big ideas into reality while preparing students for careers in aerospace. We are raising funds to participate in NASA challenges and other competitions. These funds provide our chapter with general support and will help us purchase materials to build prototypes, cover travel costs for team members to attend events, and host outreach activities to share our work with the UC Davis community. Your support means giving students the tools they need to solve real engineering problems, collaborate on ambitious projects, and bring their love of space exploration to the next level. It’s not just about the competitions, it’s about giving our team the chance to learn, grow, and represent UC Davis in the world of space innovation.
