The Charles Shoemaker Memorial Fund honors Charles "Charlie" Shoemaker and his productive and impactful career at UC Davis that spanned over 35 years including 10 years as Department of Food Science and Technology Chair. This fund will honor his legacy and provide student support to deserving graduate students in Food Science and Technology.
