The California Aggie Newspaper Support Fund

The California Aggie is the official student-run newspaper at UC Davis. At full capacity, we employ over 100 students in a myriad of positions. We publish weekly in print, daily online and distribute our papers around the UC Davis campus and downtown Davis.

A gift to The California Aggie will support the work of student journalists at UC Davis and make it possible for us to continue serving the student and city community. Donations may go toward efforts such as:

• Helping us host events for the community, such as our upcoming journalism alumni conference that will feature a Pulitzer Prize winner who is also a former Aggie staff member

• Purchasing and upgrading photo equipment, as The Aggie embraces the new media landscape of journalism, we want to fully equip our multimedia journalists

• Ensuring that The Aggie can continue printing weekly, the importance of print media remains important as ever.

Established in 1915, The Aggie has been the student lens of the campus for more than 100 years and provides a platform for student voices. Since UC Davis does not have a journalism major, we offer the best training possible for Davis students interested in careers related to the journalistic field.
